With expertise as an RN and a licensed esthetician, the owner envisions a space where healthcare knowledge meets the art of pampering. And what better place to bring this vision to life than in an old, historic building on a charming main street?

As I gazed upon the building’s grand lobby, adorned with 14-foot ceilings and exquisite original tin tiles, inspiration struck. The name Night and Gale emerged, paying homage to the founder of modern nursing, Florence Nightingale. By cleverly breaking the name into three words, Night & Gale captures the essence of both tradition and innovation.

Prepare to embark on a transformative journey at Night and Gale Spa, where timeless beauty and compassionate care converge. Step into a world where skincare services, lashing, waxing, IV fluids, injections, and a curated selection of professional skincare products await you. Experience the harmonious blend of expertise, history, and wellness, as Night and Gale Spa paves the way for a new era of self-care.

The Brand Identity

The brand’s tone draws inspiration from the industrial revolution, featuring a subtly imperfect Serif Font reminiscent of a typewriter. This font choice adds a touch of nostalgia and authenticity to the brand’s identity. The emblem, a lantern, not only pays homage to Florence Nightingale, but also symbolizes the idea of inner light and beauty. By incorporating this symbol, the brand aims to convey a sense of hope and positivity.

The overall concept of the brand is to blend modern practices with the traditions of apothecary and natural remedies. This unique combination allows the brand to offer innovative and effective products while staying true to its roots. The use of Dark Grey, White Linen, and Radiant Gold in the color palette adds sophistication and elegance to the brand’s visual identity. These colors, when combined, create a harmonious and luxurious feel.

To further enhance the brand’s aesthetic, eucalyptus-inspired interior accent wall colors are introduced. These colors not only add depth and dimension to the brand’s physical spaces, but also create a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The window design of Night and Gale Spa evokes the charm of a hand-painted sign from the early 1900s. The use of a gold border and centered elements creates a cohesive and visually appealing design, which is carried through to the business card and brochure design.

Inside the spa, the interior posters strike a balance between modern imagery and the timeless brand. By incorporating ample negative space, the posters maintain a fresh and clean aesthetic. The simple headlines, such as “Discover Self Confidence,” reinforce the brand’s slogan of “Skin Health. Body Nutrition. Self Confidence.”

Website Design

The website design of Night and Gale Spa aims to immerse users in the spa experience through the use of captivating visuals. It serves as a conversion funnel, enticing and guiding users to book an appointment conveniently through the online portal.
